I believe he serves the same purpose as a doctor would by choosing to protect one player per night from the night actions though you would have to get LSU or Hitman to confirm this.

wow were losing people at a rate of knots here!
the death count is increacing as more inactive people are being replaced so i would suspect the replacements.

what does the kill count mean we have? two mafias? a serial killer? a vilegante with an itchy trigger finger? Or does this cult thing have the power to kill people?

roleblocker had succeeded in reducing the death toll at the beginning of the game. the doctor also did too, protecting himself for 3(?) nights
yes, LSU had the power to protect people from night harm. i never saw how a doctor warded off the mafiosa, or werewolves, or whatever the enemy was.

no I am not a submariner. I have been out of town, I've gotten a new job and I have been having some problems lately that have been keeping me from spending a lot of time on conquerclub lately. Check my games, I recently deadbeated out of about 35 games because of that and I abandoned a tournament I was running. I've recently read through the pages I missed and this is my analysis:

It appears we have one mafia making a kill per night plus a sk and/or a vig. I say this because until recently there has been only one kill per night but the last night there was three kills showing the mafia killed and both the vig and sk killed or just one of those killed and maybe the bodyguard protected a paranoid gun owner or something along that line that killed him when he did, or the cult leader might have tried to convert a mafia member which might have killed him. I'm not sure how either of those roles work. I am not for sure on any of this but this is my guess.

Next, we have the appearance of the cult leader which puts in to question how many players have become cult. Seeing as we have failed to either lynch or night kill a cult member until tonight I think there is at most 1 other cult member.

Okay here is my run down on the remaining players:

kalishnikov: He pushed very hard for the lynch of n8freeman which has lead me to believe that he is not mafia and until recently I thought he was town, though when he recently voted for me on the belief that I am submarining despite my explanation from a few pages ago and the fact that I can't remember the last time sam_levi_11 posted (better candidate for submarining). This leads me to believe that its possible that he is either cult or an sk but still more likely town on the present evidence.

sam_levi_11: He has not posted since page 16 yet he has managed to avoid the mass killing of inactives which tells me that he is still active at night. Definitely an ideal candidate for mafia.

avron: Hasn't seemed to contribute much of importance on the thread but he continues to bounce up and vote and bandwagon with regularity. He stuck as scummy earlier in the thread and I am sticking with that assessment.

balsiefen: He continually seems to be around the thread making many comments, some of which are insightful, most of which are not but thats no different from the rest of us. He does seem less scummy than avron and sam levi at this point in the game though so

FOS avron and sam levi

These two appear to be the two main suspects on the current evidence but I wait for responses before I cast my vote

I re-read the last 10 pages or so and did see your post falcon.

And I must agree again with your assertion that sam_levi seems scummy and is a good candidate for a submariner. Avron also, but I think sam is at the top of the list at the moment.

Almost a whole day has went by since our last posts, so I'm going to have to say Vote:sam_levi.

At this point in the game, there's no reason to be stingy with the votes, I can always unvote if he comes back and offers a reasonable defense.

Well I agree that sam levi looks scummy, I have to say that the more I look at it I think sam is just inactive so if Hitman could prod him that would help.
