To elaborate on this, basically restate what xroads says but then in other words, a stack of 7 uses at least 4 troops offensively (7-4=3), possibly 5 if you roll 0-2 while your stack of 7 is a stack of 4.

4 stacks of 4 uses at minimum 4 troops offensively, just like a stack of 7, but has potential to use 8 troops offensively because you have more possibilities to roll 0-2 while you're on a 4. It simply allows you to roll more with good odds.

If you play 4 stacks of 4 vs 1 stack of 3, you have high chance of card. If you drop vs multiple 3's, you just reduce his troopcount by a lot which is worth as much as a card if not more.

Fair enough. EW criticized him in this thread for playing 2-2 and not 3-1 or 4-0. I was going off of EW, but then later he changed his story. There are a lot of BS answers form Xroads, but I guess he will get away with it. 155% up in one day and now he is up 133% and he stopped playing 1v1 games.

At the end of December he wasn't higher ranked
