Game 477173 Secret Alliance?

Per the rules of this game the alliance as evidenced in the chat of this game was not in any way announced in advance. Below is the transcript:

2007-06-04 16:09:50 - pacman: roze, load up on Babinda, and take him out of Dairy Farmers.
2007-06-04 16:10:15 - pacman: it's the only move you've got if you want to stay in this game...

He was just telling him what he thought he should do... There is no alliance there... You can give out as much 'advice' during a game as you want.
