I noticed that one of the players made a couple irrational attacks with no possible strategic value. When I asked the player why they are making these moves they do not reply. I then looked at games played and there are 15 games player together won mostly be one of those players.

I have played many games w/pete h and have never seen him utter a word in chat or anywhere else for that matter. I don't think there is anything to be found here...

I am going to clear this for lack of solid evidence. Not explaining your own gameplay or action when asked does not constitute an automatic cheating. And currently, it's another different player who is more dominating than the two accused in the game.
