Re: What video/computer game are you currently playing?
I'm in the middle of Borderlands 2. I like it a lot, but after playing an hour or two for a week or so it gets a little repetitive, so I'm going to take a break from it and give Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War a try.
I played Risen not too long ago. I'd recommend it if you like open world fantasy adventure RPG types of games....it's on sale right now on Steam for under $3. If someone here is sure they'll give it a try, send me a PM and I can give you a Steam key...I have an extra one from a Bundle I bought.
I have these to give away too (all Steam) because I already have them:
Bejeweled™ 3
Dead Space™ 2
Dragon Age™: Origins
Mass Effect™ 2
Dust: An Elysian Tail
...and these which get real bad reviews, so I'm not gonna even try them...
Sacred 3 Gold
WARMACHINE Tactics
WARMACHINE Tactics - Mercenaries Faction Bundle
PM me if you want the keys...but just ask for ones that you plan to play, please.

Pac-Man Championship 2.
It's tough for me to rate this as high as DX because when playing DX it took one play to realize that the ghost trains are awesome. It was an instant classic as has been a staple for years. The new one has some cool stuff and is certainly addicting, but not as good as DX. Did you know that the World Champion is from Mexico?
Shower with Your Dad Simulator
As one reviewer on Steam put it: "Here's a tip - when your mom comes in the room, quickly switch to porn because it's easier to explain". A lot of pixel dicks.
Flag N' Frag
An amazing game that has a really steep learning curve. Once you get good, it's awesome fun. It's tough to find 4 people that are really good at video games though (the type that beat Halo 1 on Legendary after renting it for 24 hours).

Waiting for Mass Effect Andromeda and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.
Disappointed that the next Elder Scrolls game is just an enhanced Skyrim though.

I'm currently playing Runestone Keeper and it is sooo brilliant. You start playing because it looks simple, then it Skinner box-es you into playing some more and then you figure out that there actually is a strategy to it and then you're hooked.

It's been 3 minutes and you still aren't playing. What kind of sweet boner death are you hoping for?

Kind of jumping around, though I did just pick up Bully Scholarship Edition for $10. Think GTA in high school (T rated version).

Have you started it already? I'm asking because I bought GTA IV on steam a few years ago and I couldn't play it because it demanded a "Windows Live Arcade" account (and that doesn't even exist any more), so I'm weary of buying Rockstar games since then.muy_thaiguy wrote:Kind of jumping around, though I did just pick up Bully Scholarship Edition for $10. b) No, I haven't. Do you mean DEFCON with a funny backwards N?

I got it for Xbox 360. But I have played it before, and it is a really fun game.mandalorian2298 wrote:Have you started it already? I'm still playing Rimworld, and I also picked up The Witness recently on a sale.
Eventually I've got my eyes on Civ 6 and Xcom2, once I upgrade my laptop...

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. A lot of improvements over the first one, for sure. Like interacting more with NPCs that are all over the place, the RNG doesn't suck so bad, and it's relatively easy to find the mentors.

The new game from the creators of Shadow of the Colossus is finally up for release. The Last Guardian might well sucker me in to buying a PS4.
If you haven't played SotC, play it.

Great. Guess I need a ps4.
Been playing homeworld for a bit now. Paying off a pc so I can play more recent games. Slow process but I'll eventually have a top notch desktop.
