I did manage to win 2 games and will lose the 3rd to mac. Many thanks to ETG for getting me first go in all 3. I will put that bottle of Woodford Reserve in the mail to ETG unless you want to meet halfway and I will deliver it personally.

grt wrote:If 2 players win all their games. Is it advisable to be the 2nd player to finish their games so they will become No 1 by playing the "Jon Snow" aka Twist #1? It looks to me that playing very slowly may be the way. Could do with some clarity here.
Thanks

For those familiar with Game of Thrones, there is always someone getting back-stabbed by someone else on the show. The examples are too numerous to try to recite them all here.

With that being said, you can choose to play any Twist you qualify for, as long as it takes place before the the Ladder reset is complete.

grt's question shows me a scenario where someone could hold off on reporting their second match to wait until the very end to report it. Problem (for me) with this is that the Ladder Reset could never end if more than one player is holding off on reporting that second match so they could take over #1 with the Jon Snow scenario.

I'm going to call an audible here (and reword the Jon Snow Twist scenario) and state that all matches have to be reported when they finish, but the Jon Snow Twist can be invoked at anytime as long as the Ladder Reset is still being played.

The only deadline for the completion of the Ladder Reset is when all active matches have been completed, so I cannot say that the Ladder Reset is going to end on any specific date.

BUT...if you choose to hold onto a Twist scenario and all active matches have been completed and I end the Ladder Reset, do not be pissed off for waiting too long. That risk falls on you (the player) and you could be rewarded handsomely or back stabbed rather harshly.

Because of the chance of qualifying for a Twist scenario, please repost when this match is completed.

Hi .... all games that I created are in progress or complete with the exception of these as DrT is not Premium and therefore can only run 4 games at a time.

tamaynet has 2 matches waiting and macbone has 1 ... I have just sent DrT the 3 invites so the battle can continue

DrT vs tamaynet - Game 16916901 - Game 16916902 - Game 16916903

Now, you wait...There are two players who have qualified for the Cersei Lannister Twist who could challenge you for the #1 position and one player who has qualified for the John Snow Twist that could knock you out. Plus, there are other matches going on that could knock you down.

I beat benga 2-1 and then
I beat ben cleutch 2-1...

so I guess Dynares twist moves me up 5 spots more I don't think I qualiry for any twists
I wish either my father or my mother, or indeed both of them as they were in duty both equally bound to it, had minded what they were about when....

If 2 player fog game, please allow 12 hour snap courtesy, or post what I could have seen.... Thank you

Both matches recorded...After reviewing game logs, the match against ben.cleuch is officially 2 - 0. He won his game after you had won the first two.

With your first win, you came into the Ladder at #9...with your second win, you moved up to #4. You do not qualify for any twist scenario.

Your post really confused me there for a second...I thought you were claiming victory over dhall as well and I've spent the last 15 minutes going through my list of matches to see if I screwed up somewhere!!!

But, now I see your real question. Right now, you have the potential to qualify for the Dani Twist. You have to win your second match by a score of 2 - 1 to qualify. I also check every match to see when the game ends to verify the score.
