Reward players for not missing any turns on a monthly basis!
Concise description:
Everyone taking there turns on time keeps the game fun and fair for everyone.
while missing turns may be an accepted strategy. its not always fair or too fun for the other players who aren't comfortable missing turns to ensure the win.
Even still real life does happen, and turn skipping is an accepted strategy so I don't think the answer is to punish people by not allowing deferred troops but rather encourage people to take there turns.
Therefore I propose that every month all players who have missed no turns during the entire month of play be rewarded with cc credits conquer stars and or a medal.
I generally believe the game is the funniest when turns are not missed and you don't end up waiting 24 hours just so a person can skip there turn.
If we reward players who have perfect attendance on a monthly basis the quality of games should improve for everyone overall and I think people would enjoy playing more.
Just my idea though. I'm not saying you should give out huge prizes for perfect attendance but maybe, smaller rewards like 10cc credits a medal or a pack of conquer stars wouldn't be a bad thing.

P.S for a person to be eligible they would need to be involved in at least 1 active game per month, which makes sense because a person not playing any games that month isn't really perfect attendance.
