I feel this guy/girl suffers from serious paranoia and as a result (s)he is giving everyone poor reviews. It comes across very unsportingly and not at all pleasant.

It seems he makes a habit of accusing just about everyone he loses to of 'secret diplomacy' and 'cheap tactics' and trashes their ratings.
