You are right with your complain you indeed posted 11th and as I already explained I didnt see you because you were on my foe list.
It is my mistake so I will accept all 17 players in the tournament with play in round to determine final 16. In play-in round it will be best-of-3 match between Sparrowhawk#1, who is 17th signed player and therefore will play in play-in match to enter the ideal draw of 16 and TO josko.ri. The winner of that match will enter the main draw of 16 players.
