We ended up with the 2 divisions you see below. We had 11 clans in the CL6 Premier Division (PD), 2 did not join CL7. So, the 3 highest ranked CL6 Second Division clans moved up to the PD: LHDD, OSA and GON. This gives us 12 clans in the PD and 13 clans in the SD.

Update: PHNX joined. They were late, so they'll be playing in the Second Division, making it 14 clans for the SD.

Only if they sign up. A final line-up of the divisions can only be made when we know which clans will actually participate.

Yes we should since we won the 2nd division with CL6

, and was only 11 clans in 1st Division from last edition so combining both it should make the 12 clans for the CL7 Premier League. Unless I'm missing something.

We should have our sign'up soon coming from the LHDD Primary contact.
