So what do you think would happen if I pledged allegiance to someone by saying yes to someone who offers me, power, my wishes fulfilled and a throne above all others? I said no.

So yes usually one has no choice with cult, but you more then anyone should know about roles that give choices.

Also...I do have a theory. This is a game of light vs dark. I am not familiar at all with the lore BUT it seems to me that I was targeted in hopes I would be corrupted by power and my wishes fulfilled. The person who targeted me, I now KNOW was targeted. The person targeting me would not know my role and win condition. IF I accepted I would may have been killed. Those with a brain figure it out yourself. There MAY be characters who are not light and decide to pledge to this unknown.

So yes It may NOT be a cult. It sure sounds like one in what it offers.

I repeat....I was visited. I highly doubt it is a mafia kill action as that now that the warning has gone out people will know potential consequences.

Bah could not resist posting. I have always stated to noobs and whomever listens that a lot can be learned from mafia who has been lynched. Streaker is an interesting read knowing he is mafia. He tunnels on Mitch while arguing with DD and even voting DD. DD and Mitch are Town as far as I am concerned.

Now Storr....Streaker bends over backwards to protect Storr...Its funny to read. telling as well. Storr pretty much ignores him except to try and distance himself by throwing him under the bus in limited fashion. Storr also minimizes my vote on Streaker as some sort of joke vote.

Do your homework kids and ready day one...it gets good between 11 and 15...but read it all.

You did have very little impact on the streaker lynch. Like it or not. Nothing you said convinced anyone else to vote for him, It wasn't till near the end you made a few comments to keep the steam going.


Prior to him claiming, you just had a feeling about him. You couldn't explain anything about him that made him scum, and you couldn't convince other people he was scum. The vote easily could have gone endgame yesterday, and you would have wagon voted.

You didnt get dd5 to switch votes, You didn't convince others to switch. you did help keep momentum on him after it was time for him to claim. Being in a game thats nearly NV well probably is from what the mod has said, you are playing a power role way. You are keeping inactive to a point, chipping in when needed. But staying away from most heated conversations, your not taking initiative to lead conversation either.

btw, i did give you credit for streaker lynch, that moved you from scummy to null. Sure it gains you town cred, but the other ones that im hard reading town are just on another level. Don't take it personally.

Fairly confident we have scum between virus/end anyways.


Also, sure we can talk about how streaker dealt with me. Thing is, he never out right defended me or even stuck up for it. If he had it woulda been so much harder for me to get by tomorrow. He kept having to deny association with me, and he always kept bringing up points to question me. Not to mention, how he attacked me indirectly, by attacking madmitch. If im scum with him, there is 0 reason for him to attack by association, he woulda been much better off litterally anyone else. He wanted to get rid of a strong player and a strong role, but he wasn't about to dip into the water to make that happen on his own accord. He made judgement that enough people would go on me, (which to be fair enough people had expressed concern). Thus he kept trying to play the line on both sides.

So.. do you know who visited you? It sounds like you know quite a bit about them, but wasn't quite clear if you know who visited you or not.

This game is strange in many ways... lol.

As far as storr possibly being scum... I think he took enough of a role in the lynch of a scum that I will continue to town read him. Yeah, his proclamations of being town do sound funny, but if he had created pressure somewhere else then there could have been a mislynch. Scum have been known to buddy up to a talkative towny such as storr to try to make friends who won't pressure them... didn't work for him this time, but often does.

I'm not sure I agree with this. Any actual information gives mafia better idea who to kill as well. Day Phases are town phases, night phases are mafia phases. Lets not provide additional information during the mafia phase.

We are not going to wake up to 5 dead town. I've played in far more mafia games that allow night discussion, which I'd say most of you have limited experience on that. It isn't a normal thing here, we can use it to be productive.

We are now diving into mechanics of the game, which is boring. As long as we avoid role fishing questions life is good. Talking about the lynch is a great use of this time. Talking about who avoided streaker, who he defended is great.

This game is so easy lol.

He doesnt appear to have been a main character. Seems to have been useful as a scout, which sounds like that would have been some sort of useful investigative role which is a shame.
