Transformations & Dynamic Maps Questions

Sorry, more simpleton questions:

• 1. Am I right to assume that if a map has 2 pages, all of the features can cope with interactions between the pages - e.g. a region on page 2 can transform a region on page 1 / open-up a conditional border on page 1 / attackor bombard a region on page 1?
  
  2. If a killer neutral is tranformed (e.g. the transform conditions make it lose 4 troops), then it is taken by a player, will it revert back to its' original value a round later? I assume yes.
