In a quiet town in Arabia a young peasant boy goes to fetch the water from the nearby stream as he approaches the water he sees the naked body of the towns mayor floating through the water, followed by two more corpses of the towns guard. All of the important citizens gather in the center of the village in fear, they know the killer is among them and they decided to vote once a day based on the evidence they find to kill someone in the hopes that its the killer.
