Correct, I could use the same algo for past 1vs1 clan events however any clan that didn't previously participate would be unranked, so the voting is still the best way to seed right now.

It's been reasonable in the past and I expect it to continue to be so. F400 just doesn't apply here so it is not used.

I think you'll find that the vote results will be pretty reflective of current performances.
