No; the replacement did not go as planned, but the stamps are still out there, so I think a minor tweak to the system; rather than a drastic change, is in order.

Prizes
10 stamps = GA Medal
20 stamps = GA Medal + Challenge Medal
30 stamps = GA Medal + Challenge Medal + 1 Blue Star

Special Prizes
First to 32 stamps = 1 Red Star + 1000 credits
Next 3 to 32 stamps (or top 3 with tiebreaker determined by date and time achieved) = Green Star + 500 credits
Next 10 to 30 stamps = 500 credits

Also, i'm curious as to how 4 people got the xmas stamp when the map isn't available. also one person has the chatter stamp? Any info on these two stamps and if they are available now?

Finally, can you tell me how I get stamp 4. Is there any info available on what one needs to participate in?

Alright, so I already have a Speed Stamp, but not a Baltic States stamp. When I won this game it gave me a stamp I already had instead of the other one I needed.

How does this work? Do I need to play a non-speed game to get the Baltic States Stamp? (Stamp 23)

Alright, so I already have a Speed Stamp, but not a Baltic States stamp. When I won this game it gave me a stamp I already had instead of the other one I needed.

How does this work? Do I need to play a non-speed game to get the Baltic States Stamp? (Stamp 23)

If a game can give you 2 different stamp, you randomly got one of them.
So you can keep playing speed baltic states and if you are lucky you got the one you want, or you play a non speed and you are 100% sure to get the one you want.
