I just started and i have some questions about team games.

1. Can i deploy troops on an allies lands ?
2. Can i attack an allies lands ?
3. Can i fortify an allies lands ?
4. Do allies lands cound as your own when you fortify, i.e. can i leap frog over his lands to get to some of mine on his borders ?
5. Can i give a land to an ally ?

Yes.

2. Can i attack an allies lands ?

Yes. (And it can be great fun if you realize that you don’t like your ally.)

3. Can i fortify an allies lands ?

Yes.

4. Do allies lands cound as your own when you fortify, i.e. can i leap frog over his lands to get to some of mine on his borders ?

No.

5. Can i give a land to an ally ?

Not really. What you do is leaving your land undefended (i.e. 1 army), making it easier for your ally to take it (for example, in order to hold an entire continent.)



What is it with today’s youth? No spirit of exploration… Just get your ass out there and wreck havoc a few games, it’s soon catch on…

1.Yes
2.Yes
3.Yes,but you can only fortify to allies lands that are adjacent to yours.
4.No,they don't.You can't leap frog.
5.No,you can't.He will have to attack your land in order to get it.And vice versa.

Oh,one more thing new players don't always notice.You will have to own a whole continent to receive the bonus.You owning one half of a continent and your team partner the other half does not give the continent bonus.

I've played 2 team games, the first one the guy went inactive and i am on my own. The second one the guy is swiring messages to me in caps because i didnt realise any of the above.

Normally I'd agree, but when other people count on you it's good to be as educated as possible before making a mistake that might hurt your whole team.
