Can you provide an update regarding the start date of this tourney? Will it still begin on tomorrow's scheduled start date despite being short about two dozen players from the proposed setup over a week past the deadline for signups. Will the format be changed to accommodate the smaller number of players?

Because of the length of the satellites this won't start as hoped. Once the satellites finish and then will take a look to see the best way to make it into a different format.

You could put one of the event banners atop the My Games page every time one of these goes into the sign-ups period. That way everyone would see it at least once. (One of those banners that players can acknowledge and close, so they don't keep popping up.)
