Comments: Look at how many games that TheBigE is in where there are also new players who miss all their turns and create neutrals that are a defense for him.

In the first game above, he was willing to use every troop to take South America leaving 1 on each region. He could do this because he knew the new players on the border wouldn't attack him and would soon become neutral.

I checked his other games and most follow this pattern.

The 2 noobs in your game with him are from U.S.A.
Yes it does seem that alot of players Deadbeat in his games but that would be because the only map (classic) that he plays on with 5 and 6 players attract the noobs
they play a couple of times and never come back he may just be playing the odds that if they miss once they wont be back.

I believe it's just the settings he's playing that's attracting them. When I was a stripe player, I used to play a hell of a lot of classic 1v1 games, or 4 player esc games on Iberia/Ireland. Noobs would join and quit all the time. Those aren't ideal settings to play if you're trying to improve your gameplay, but fine for beginners.
