Medal Update Bug

We apologize if some medals are getting very slow in updating, especially to those who have numerous games. We understand your concern and we are looking into this. Sometimes, there are fixes that may not work as fast as expected or even produce a different kind of issue in return instead. We will find more solutions for this. We ask for additional patience.

Well now I'm back to wondering what's up with the bot medal stats. I won two games against whambot 4 days ago, but my stats still say I'm stuck on 2 kills like it's been for months.

I dunno what's going on at the moment, but it's not just bots. I'm missing updates to speed and fog from games finished 48 hours ago.

Terminator seems to not update....
this is frustrating that u cant fix it! it means we paying players need to keep tabs. so we can report it!

So get to it and fix this permanently!

To everyone who has an issue with their medals please check your medal stats again and update us if there is still some issues regarding your medals or win stats. Apologies, Lord Arioch and to the rest as well. We certainly do not want this delay of medal updating either. The webmaster is doing what he can to fix this.

According to the medals page, platinum ratings achievement medal is awarded after 1500 ratings left. I have received one right after leaving 1000 ratings.

Mine is still not updated, at least not the bot medal which is the one I've been keeping track of. Still stuck on two like it has been forever despite 4 or 5 whambot kills.

Just won a large trench game: Game 13928388.

My trench stats were at 371 prior to winning the game, and they remain at 371 even though I'm certain that some of those players are unique trench defeats.

• I have the bronze bot medal, therefore I understand I need to beat SassboT 200 times after getting said bronze medal to get the silver bot medal.
• I checked my Medal Stats page, which said I had 90/200 victories against SassboT recorded on my progress toward the silver bot medal.
• I started and won Game 14533506 against SassboT.
• I checked my Medal Stats page, which still says I have 90/200 victories against SassboT recorded on my progress toward the silver bot medal. Game 14533506 does not appear to have been counted.

I was (am?) having similar issues. My stats updated well over 24 hours after the additional victories. Don't know why it's so slow to update at times...

I have had problems in the past with medals updating.The teammate medal is not updating now a hard medal to keep track of but it has been a few days for me.

Can someone please check and correct my medals stats? Quads, assassin, random, teammate, poly and beta? They seem to have frozen for several weeks.
