There was much debate among those gathered over their situation. Some argued that there were those who already were worthy of being cast out. Others felt they did not know enough to make such judgements. All the while, there were those who were pulled into a traditional game with high stakes.

At the unexpected turn of night, a decision had not been reached. They opted not to act for this reason. The loser of the game was not so lucky, and he lost his life. It was likely for the best, however. He had a seedy look about him, and was constantly making asides to someone who wasn't there...

Virus90 (Frank Underwood, 3rd Party Vote Gatherer) has been killed!

Many move about in the night.
They seek to act for many reasons.
But what is done in dark must come to light,
And time is out of sorts within its seasons.

Tick. Tick. Tick. Tick Tick Tick. Tictictictictictic...

The Night has been ended.

So the role that ends days early can end nights early...hmmm.

Wow, that was a quick night... since it seems there were no deaths, maybe the scum took too long deciding who to kill, and lost out on their chance. Which would make the day/night early-ender a third party or town. Hope everyone got their investigations/other good things in anyway.

(Btw, sorry about not voting last night, I sort of got distracted with a date... at least my vote wouldn't have mattered in the end. I have missed turns and lost games because of girls before... very dangerous they are lol)

So there is no game of horse today? Plus no deaths?

I'm still waiting for the scene before throwing my lucky horseshoe out there.

This role that keeps pushing time forward I will call the "Clock" seems accurate enough and might be a pain in the ass if it's mafia role.

FP'd by Anark, again, waiting for the SCENE and actual title change for D2 before throwing my horseshoe out the window.

Those boys had hard lives, the three of them. Their days, beginning to end, were filled with sadness and tragedy. There was a melancholy about the drifters that sunk straight to the bone. Maybe that's why they hid behind all that makeup. Or maybe it was because it was the only life they'd ever known, and that if they made others happy they might find it themselves.

When the others found them dead in the street that morning, no one knew who they were. How could they? They hid beneath painted smiles. All that anyone would ever see was the facade.

Zivel (Banjo, Bobo, and Sydney the Clowns, Town Empowerer) has been killed!

4 man game this time.. Good luck guys.. We need to find this horse game maker fast, 1st was 5 players now 4 players.. Perhaps this is the killswitch type role? Wins when the player dies at 1 player (on D5?).

Also, Spiesr was it? Your vote should be back, it was Virus that stole it! XD

Looks like Zivel took it literally for 3 characters. I wonder how his role effected night results.

I think Mafia did not make a kill though, perhaps he died another way.

I don't know about Mafia specifically but I am a little surprised with only one kill in this size game.

Announcement

Slight tweak to That's My Horse (again): 24hr rule is swapped instead for a compulsory pass. So you post, you pass. Miss, you get a strike. Three strikes, you're out. Not posting to avoid strikes will get you an activity prod, then replaced (or killed).

Speaking of activity prods, I'll be seeking a replacement for TFO.

Simply because mafia would not of had much time to chat their decision over.

Unless the clock role is mafia aligned.

This, and mafia tends to think on its toes during the night. Most plans are made individually during the day. My own guess is that either (a) tails is right and the mafia anticipated the shorter night, or (b) the godfather saw the "tickticktiiiiiick" post and sent in a kill really quickly.

My main concern is whether pancake would include the failed kills in his scene. Assuming that there are more killing-type roles in a 22-player game, he does not and that bodes ill.

The horse game is back and I'm now fully convinced it's player-driven. Not that it helps, I have no clue who might be behind it. The timer-thingy is also mildly annoying but town power roles need no time to discuss during the night so it won't hurt much.

In other news, from my internet research, that picture that came up on Zivel's death is "Three Clowns" by "Barry Leighton-Jones", but I can't see where the names have come from :?

I think it's likely mafia killed the clowns, but it could have been a SK or whatnot.

It would seems as though the quick night caught at least one of the killers by surprise. I would suggest that mafia missed their kill. They would have still been chatting about what to do, and who would make a kill, I think. I'm betting they don't wait long on N2 to put their kill in?

The other kill is probably an SK, since he has to talk with nobody to decide. I wonder why Zivel? (and what is a Town Emperor? Similar to a governor?)

It also seems as though the horse game is player driven. I like the theory that the player must get down to one player only for his win condition.

Also...who was it that said they got a townie vibe from Virus? He could have really screwed with the voting, so I'm happy to see him gone. However, I attribute his death to nothing other than pure luck. It didn't matter when day ended, the kill would and will be pure luck, until people start claiming early to save their lives.

Looking back at yesterday, Jak111 stands out as the scummiest player. Had I not voted No Lynch earlier in the run off, I would have voted him after this comment.

jak111 wrote:
jonty125 wrote:I'm not going to lynch the unclaimed, and I have no reason to doubt jak. So vote jak

You do realise, whoever activated this clock thing tried to have me KILLED, right? It was just fortunate that enough people unvoted me before that.

Vote No-Lynch We now have two pretty bad roles against us shown. Someone that makes people play a game to see who dies (like someone said, perhaps jigsaw) and someone who can speed up time to shorten the days.

Both seem to be anti-town roles. So now the question is. Who wanted me dead enough to speed time up? I would of been dead if they posted it before the final unvote on me.

So tonight, I'll be looking for the guy that wanted me dead.

This thinking was so flawed, and screams to me "Hey everyone, you should all be sympathetic to me, cuz I almost died. Therefore, I'm town." It just seems to be over stating and over playing the situation. So, jak...got anything to share on your action last night?
