Nark still wouldn't have had the majority of votes cast against him even if mine was correctly counted, there's a difference between majority and most since a lot of people weren't voting. It's effectively a 24 hour extension since were allowed to continue to post and vote. Also PCM made no mention that votes were constrained to only players that had votes cast against them already

13. Each game ‘day’ will last SEVEN 24 hour days. I will remind everyone if the deadline is near, and to look toward voting. If no majority is reached at the end of the deadline if made, the player with the most votes will be lynched and the game will enter into the night phase. In the event of a tie, the lynchee will be determined by a 24-hour final ballot in which every player casts a final (no changes) vote for ANY player. If there is still a tie, a runoff ballot will be held between the two or more who tied. The deadline may be extended upon request.

I see what you mean now rodion, I missed the portion of pcms post saying the day ended at 8pm so I guess my vote against nark doesn't count

Well, that's an interesting development... whoever controls that day end thing can seriously change who gets lynched/killed, because people were waiting for the deadline that wasn't real. I was making plans to be sure to be online at the deadline to make sure I got a horse lol.

I am leaning towards voting no lynch, unless someone comes out with a good reason to lynch someone.... in my opinion, Nark is annoying as usual, but that doesn't make him scum since he always blows up like this. (Nark, you really need to chill out some though... it's way too easy for scum to pile on you when you blow up so much).

Jaks vote to no lynch was 715 CC time, 815 eastern so the vote was technically tied and thus the tiebreaker

Wow... you mean someone didn't completely understand the rules and needed a little help? Aage, he (kgb) must be scum... You had better vote him now...

I'm all for a no lynch, and let's see what Virus flips. We have Jak's claim at least. Lynching now seems pointless. This time thing is interesting...but I'm not sure we were going to reach a lynch consensus in the next day or two, so no damage really done. Ah, heck...I'm not sure I'll be back in 24 hours.

Vote No Lynch

There was never a strong case on eitherJak or Anarch. Having only two votes each only reinforces that.

Hilarious.

Since your requested response to my original argument was in my opinion insufficient I will vote Nark and frown upon the people who would rather No Lynch. Either way I'm frowning upon the people who voted No Lynch in the first place.

Can we also have a vote on whom is guilty of using verbal abuse? Because I do not enjoy being accused of being a dick.

I just noticed we can vote anyone we want to, so don't forget that.

Gonna do that now.

It matters, as otherwise Nark would have died.

As I interpret it, the VC had you voting Edoc because PCM's end of day post was applied retroactively to 8pm eastern time (probably the timestamp of the player who PMed him to end the day).

Interestingly, by checking everyone's CC profile we can find some players who HAVE NOT logged since that time and rule them out of being this clock dude.

Gonna do that now.

I'm not sure if you took this into consideration as well:
this is the last vote that was counted... however, this post contains a horse switch that actually was enacted by PCM in his end day post. That narrows your window by about another 100 minutes.

Well this got stranger! did not see that coming....

I don't really like the nark case, I just see it as an emotional outburst over semantics and people dumping on him. I guess it would be an interesting flip if it was town to see what pressure we could apply on the ones who targeted (aage in particular) him but that is not enough for me to vote him. I am still not in favor of a no lynch either but I don't see any other option. Hmmmm I will sleep on it and try to make a vote before the count down tomorrow.

Aage and Anarkistsdream are a simple distraction in this game. I wish they would either move on or just stop posting. Enough of this "he started it!" crap.

I'm not going to lynch the unclaimed, and I have no reason to doubt jak. So vote jak

Virus, if you're an unusual town role (something we won't understand upon seeing you flip), would you mind explaining what you could do (or could have done)?

You do realise, whoever activated this clock thing tried to have me KILLED, right? It was just fortunate that enough people unvoted me before that.

Vote No-Lynch We now have two pretty bad roles against us shown. Someone that makes people play a game to see who dies (like someone said, perhaps jigsaw) and someone who can speed up time to shorten the days.

Both seem to be anti-town roles. So now the question is. Who wanted me dead enough to speed time up? I would of been dead if they posted it before the final unvote on me.

So tonight, I'll be looking for the guy that wanted me dead.

Well, I don't want to no lynch... And I have no intention of OMGUS-voting Aage, because, frankly, while I have a strong suspicion he and Spiesr are partners, I have no reason to think they are scum...

But nobody is coming up with any good arguments- an obvious rarity on day one... I will check back in a little later today to cast SOME sort of vote, because I honestly think that is the least everyone can do. We have to have something to go off of for each person and I guess this "final vote of the day" thing will give us more info than anything else.

You do realize that, when this clock dude sent his PM to PCM (I'm assuming that is what happened), he could have counted the votes to see whether you'd die or live, right?

I am now officially leaning towards voting Jak. His reasoning has been sub par all game but this latest incident just takes the cake. You don't even discuss other possibilities. You just turn it into another witch hunt for poor old Jak and I am getting tired of it. The only way that anyone tried to kill you that way would have been if they had miscounted the votes. It's not impossible but considering it would have had to have been that, I find it more likely that the person was either trying to force the no lynch or possibly even more likely were one of the people in the horse game and were trying to ensure that they weren't the ones left stranded at day's end. The latter is the only reason I am not voting you as it does put more weight on the Nark case.
