Code for random autodeploys

Is it possible to write code into the gameplay that would allow for a specific map to have random terts within a specific area of a map to randomly generate bonus armies after holding the tert for a round?
I envision a map that would be a gold rush style map where all the terts near mountains and/or streams could randomly kick out bonus "autodeploys" to mimic striking gold.

I am by no means a map maker or code writer but i have an idea for a map that would hinge upon this aspect.
