BACKSTORY
north america is full, still plenty of spots available on south america.
THE YEAR IS 2465. 87 YEARS AFTER CANADA CLAIMED ALL OF NORTH AMERICA.
after a devastating war between canada and mexico, canada, the victorious country erupted into civil war with the victor claiming all of north america. that was then, this is now.
amidst a sluggish reconstruction period, south america sets its sights on the vulnerable region. after several hundred years of stability the immensely superior south america stages an invasion of north america. with vast resources and superior technology, the only thing that stands in the way is a stubborn and battle hardened group of rebels that retaliate with a fearsome guerrilla style battle that tests the attrition of south america.
this is where you come in.
claiming the flag of north america you will be outnumbered, outgunned, and ill prepared for the invasion. what you do have in your favor is homefield advantage along with battle hardened grit. will it be enough to overcome the southern invasion?
if you choose the flag of south america, you will be amongst the overwhelming hordes that will be determined to expand your empire into a territory rich with natural resources. but be warned, while your numbers will be great, the enemy will be strong, and unwilling to give up the land you desire, your will also risk losing your homeland.
gameplay.
each game you play will count as a life. each game you lose, you also lose a life. once you lose your last life, you are removed from the tournament. medics are safe until the voting round, only if there is more than one player remaining. this is directly connected to how well the medic is at keeping players alive on the same team.
north america.
there will be 8 players each with 5 lives.
you will pick a map, and settings. including polymorphic at your choosing. ( no manual, freestyle, trench, no reinforcements )
once 4 players are left, you've lost the battle of panama, which means you lose your home map, but you still get to pick settings including polymorphic. now the maps are played on mexico. when 3 players are left, you play the usa map. when 2 players are left you play the canada map. the last player will be forced onto the greenland map, where he will make his last stand.
if only one player remains while eliminating all other players, he will win the tournament. if there is more than one player left,
then "voting" will take place.
voting explained= all players remaining will be put in a game of first nations americas with defualt settings. the first person eliminated will be removed and a new game will be made with remaining players. this will proceed until a single player remains being declared the winner.
south america,
there will be 16 players each with 3 lives.
you must back up the last man to greenland and finish him off to move to the voting round. which is the same as the above. if you, a single player, eliminates the last player from north america then you win the tournament.
each side will have a medic. which will play a single game each round. ( canada picks map and game type with above restrictions, must be set with 20 round game limit and have escalating spoils. ) whichever medic wins gives the player on the same team with the fewest lives a life back.
how to sign up;
choose a side, then state if you want to be the medic, pick a map and settings. then wait patiently for the first round of games to be sent. there can only be one medic per side FYI. if you choose a spot that is already full, i'll put you in the next best place that you can fit.
