Strombringer 66 is currently holding a single red troop behind his line. Has admitted his tactic in the game chat and has basically refused to eliminate the one red troop. I have given him two warnings and now feel it should be reported.

I disagree. He isolated a single region of one player to prevent him from being eliminated by another player. As I said in my chat his concerns were not warented given the layout of the game at the time but that shouldn't matter.

Case is moot at this point because red burned him for holding him hostage and stormbringer 66 wised up and eliminated him from that position.
