There are small amounts of decay pretty quickly. Generally it takes 3-5 wars to get onto the board, with 4 being the average.

How big is the war and when will it finish?
My guess is you'll need another.

If you do enough of them maybe HH will get to be top in one ???

why the big swings for afos and ia? What were the recent changes there? CL5?

More than likely.

Until you have 150 weight, your ratings dont count because there isn't enough information to be accurate yet.

i thought 1 game = 1 weight, but apparently i'm wrong, since we finished 4 clan wars of 41 games.
how much is 1 weight?

As wars get older, they decay. Which means the weights slowly go down. It happens to all clan weights, I'll give an example in a bit.

As wars get older, they decay. Which means the weights slowly go down. It happens to all clan weights, I'll give an example in a bit.
Here is an example of 4 new clans.
XXX AAA 21 20 01/01/14
XXX BBB 21 20 02/01/14
XXX CCC 21 20 03/01/14
XXX DDD 21 20 04/01/14
Let's walk this through 2 times, once with XXX fighting all 4 wars, and one with only one.
Now, XXX clan beats AAA 21-20, and has 41 weight. (Jan)
Now, XXX enters Feb and no war, and has 39 weight. (Feb)
Now, XXX enters Mar and no war, and has 38 weight. (Mar)
Now, XXX enters Apr and no war, and has 36 weight. (Apr)
As you can see, they've fought a war but over the course of 3 month lost 5 weight. This is the "decay" that is found on games, and why clans must stay active to remain on the scoreboard. After 6 months, and 12 months it'll look like this:
Now, XXX enters July and no war, and has 31 weight. (Jul)
Now, XXX enters Dec and no war, and has 22 weight. (Dec)
------------------------
Now we walk through the four wars:
XXX AAA 21 20 01/01/14, @ 41 weight. (Jan)
XXX BBB 21 20 02/01/14 @ 80 weight. (Feb)
XXX CCC 21 20 03/01/14 @ 118 weight. (Mar)
XXX DDD 21 20 04/01/14 @ 154 weight. (Apr)
So you can see, if you complete those 4 wars between Jan 01, to Apr 01 you will have enough to show up on the score board.
Now if you complete the same wars, 2 months apart:
XXX AAA 21 20 01/01/14, @ 41 weight. (Jan)
XXX BBB 21 20 03/01/14 @ 79 weight. (Mar)
XXX CCC 21 20 05/01/14 @ 113 weight. (May)
XXX DDD 21 20 07/01/14 @ 144 weight. (Jul)
So you see, the same amount of wars and games spread over a longer period of time - you will not show up on scoreboard yet due to the natural decay of the board.
Thus, amount of war games included in the calculation, AND the speed in which you start/ complete those wars both affect how quickly you get onto the scoreboard.
That is why a general statement of "it takes roughly 3-5 wars to get on the board" is a general idea. You could do it in your first war, if it was 150 games and had another war
ongoing so that you could handle the decay after the big one.
Hope this helps understand the weight and time factors.
