I pretty sure it is but I dont want to be be accused of secret alliances . If I IM a player that I want to make a deal and tell them the details are in the game message could this be consider making a secret pact. Like I said I am really sure that it is but I dont want to take any chances.

For me this is not legal, you should not even tell him you want to make a deal. Just ask him to read the game chat. And make it on the wall it is better.

The OP poster is American. I am French. Is it really acceptable for someone to write something this bad in his native language? It's barely understandable.
I will never speak/write English as you, as it's your native language, not mine.
Unfortunately for you, you'll never be able to speak/write in French, Spanish and Italian the way I do. That's several hundreds of millions of people I can communicate with and you can't.

So if you teabag don t want to get melted down in the giant kettle, I'd advise you not to go down that road.

I'm sorry, but you've never witnessed me speaking French, Spanish or Italian so what are you basing your presumptions on? Making accusations with no evidence whatsoever is completely hypocritical. I see you speak English every day, and to an acceptable standard considering it isn't your first language.

Also, I have a strong dislike for American English so I would lump you and Americans in the same boat.
