Are you new to mafia? First day one usually starts with a joke phase, which we are in. Second once the game gets more serious voting someone simply because they vote you is bad form. Its what they call a OMGUS vote. So its highly unlikely someone would do that.

Third one person voting you with out a sound case is nothing to worry about.
