That's enough players to start. I'm going to leave registration open for a couple of weeks, mostly because of selfish reasons... I'll be leaving for vacation soon. I'll start up when I get back (sometime on or after Aug 18).

Looks really cool! There have been lots of random tournaments, but this looks like one of the best designs I've seen. It also looks like a tremendous amount of work to tabulate the weights to be assigned. I certainly hope you can pull it off. My hat is off to you if you manage it!
