Re: [Forum] Usergroup Leader Powers
So in November there were no promises made, but the posts made by the mods suggested that it was being looked into. Is it really impossible? Then please tell us. Is it coming any time soon? Then please tell us. I think I speak for everyone leading a clan/usergroup that some cleaning up now and then is something a forum needs. You mods do it all the time! Please tell us where we're standing on this, because it's already taking years.

I believe it is an update being worked on, but I don't have a timeframe, sorry.JBlombier wrote:So in November there were no promises made, but the posts made by the mods suggested that it was being looked into. Re: [Forum] Usergroup Leader Powers
Moderator powers are possible now, and I've set things up on my end. IIRC, the CD's are supposed to be setting leaders (or their designee up with mod powers). I'll check into this again.
Re: [Forum] Usergroup Leader Powers
Won't be long..it's in the works. This will be awesome as clan leaders can moderate their own forum

Re: [Forum] Usergroup Leader Powers
Not entirely. There are a few things in the suggestion (i.e. subforums) that can't be done yet. However, basic moderator powers have been achieved for Clans.TheForgivenOne wrote:I'm guessing it's implemented? If so, great job blake! If not, Well, blake. Just kidding
If you are a Clan Leader, and haven't already applied for these, please send a PM to one of the CD's.

Since Subforums wasn't part of the original query, I think the Basic Moderator powers should meet the majority of the needs!blakebowling wrote:Not entirely. I'm leaving this here, as a reminder to myself that there are a few more things I'd like to do.Leehar wrote:Implemented

Re: [Forum] Usergroup Leader Powers
Does this thing just work for clans, or can a usergroup leader have such powers?

Re: [Forum] Usergroup Leader Powers
Currently the mainstream way works only for clans. However if you send me a PM and ask really nicely, I may be able to set it up for your usergroup.ManBungalow wrote:Does this thing just work for clans, or can a usergroup leader have such powers?

PaulatPeace officially requests "Usergroup Leader Powers" on behalf of TOP.
Please advise when this has been accomplished.

Re: [Forum] Usergroup Leader Powers
um... this isn't how you do that... PM an admin or one of the mods affiliated with the clan world... but this was kind of cute, a bump from a 2013 suggestion thread to get your "powers"... ha...-Jésus noirPaulatPeace wrote:PaulatPeace officially requests "Usergroup Leader Powers" on behalf of TOP.
