No fog rule is enforced. However, if you want to wall your opponent and ask for one, then by all means go ahead. (It is, in fact, what I do.) Keep in mind, however, that this is between you and your opponent as a gentleman's agreement; it is still not enforceable even if agreed to and I will not get involved in any resulting disputes.
