Looks like 3 new maps were added today. San Fran is pretty conventional, but the other 2 look very interesting. Will they be added to the list on friday or a supplemental list a few days later?

Yes, the 3 new maps will be included in the 3rd part. So tomorrow the last 13 (in stead of 10) games will start.

I have started up the last series of 13 games (also the 3 maps that came online yesterday are included).

for the extra 2 places, you say best 2 runner ups will progress.

Does this mean that only the players coming second can progress or is it the 2 people who get the most wins (but dont win the group).

So could theoretically 3 people from the same group go through (if the group is very tight and they all have high wins) or max two.

It will be the best 2 players that finish on 2nd place in their group, so when you finish on 3rd place you are eliminated.
