I'd like to report StreetCred.

He tore into several players in a game I had with him. Please go into the game chat in any game that he is losing in. Please also read the ratings he gives and receives.

He diminishes the experience for those he plays with.

Some are just plain rules and you can violate them till the cows come home and suffer only mild consequences(cheating, for instance). Others (golden rules) are taken much more seriously. I am assuming the ratings comment is how bad his ratings are, but not for rating abuse.
