Maps: (in following order) North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Far East, Oceania and Antarctica
Game Type: Doubles (except for 1CB which will be a standard)
Play Order: Freestyle in first round, Sequential in remainder of tournament
Troop Deployment: Automatic
Spoils: n/a
Reinforcements: Unlimited
Special Gameplay: n/a

The winning team in a round advances. The losing player in a round plays a consolation round. One round is best four of seven games (starting in North America, and continuing through the maps in the order mentioned above). The finals has 7 games (one in each continent) regardless, and the player with the most games won wins. A consolation round is best two of three games (starting in Antarctica and going to Oceania, and Far East would be the tie breaker). 1CB will be a round of Standard games with 3 players. This round is played until one player wins 2 games.

Games will be sent out one at a time.

By the way, how are you going to operate the rounds in which teams play multiple games (up to and including 7 ?) with freemium participants (max. 4 games, and even then only 1 game space might be available) ? Am I right in thinking that we play one game at a time against another team, progressing through the 7 maps in the order given, until one team has won 4? And as such the other maps might not be needed for that round?

Basically, I'm not 100% sure what the round structure is. This is my interpretation:

Round 1 (8 teams):
7 games in each 'set'
(One on each of North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Far East, Oceania and Antarctic until a team wins 4)
Set A: Team 1 vs team 2
Set B: Team 3 vs team 4
Set C: Team 5 vs team 6
Set D: Team 7 vs team 8

Round 2 (4 teams):
7 games in each 'set'
(One on each of North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Far East, Oceania and Antarctic until a team wins 4)

You'll have to check with the tournament guys, but I think the tournament medals can only be given to the single winning team of a tournament.

My suggestion: drop the consolation round idea.
