In final stages of Conqueur Rome Game, with No Spoils & Adjacent Reinforcements, which went 'live' on 1st of Jan 2012 & is currently on Round 298...

Just 2 of us left now, as 3rd player missed consecutive turns due to Real Life commitments; which is ironic, as i expected to drop out the week before, while away on Exercise...
Game started with 3 Clueless Chefs, who had no game plan & butchered my troops; leaving me with just my Tribe & a handful of territories. The Pink player controlled the whole of the Eastern Augustus & looked a ceert for the win...
so, an Alliance was fromed between Red, Green & myself & the built up troops (mainly); while, everytime i hit 100 troops in my Outpost; i'd send out a sacrificial raiding party deep into Pink's territory.
Then Pink ended up being brought down & dropped out; leaving a 2 horse race between Red & Green, who attacked each other with a vengeance; to the extent that i ended up with double the troops of both of them....
Now it's just me n Red & i reckon it will be End Game in around 10 turns...

Why would it be discarded, any rules broken? At least our game was dignified and not the crap in your game chat. Nothing to be proud of about that game. btw...I would love to do another of these. The issue is getting everyone free, away from their wives, set for the long-haul, at the same time.
