i control oceania and have an army protecting it in siam. thedman controls south america and africa. jagorev continues to build up in india and only attacks me. he doesnt even attack jagorev in weak territories to get a card.
i'm not sure if they're multis or have some kind of secret alliance and agreement like i win this one u win the next
