These are suspected Cheats/Abuse

Suspect users: <iambored>

Game number: http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=374728

Comments: <I suspect and am convinced that iambored is cheating, or using the "miss a turn rule" to his advantage. Twice now he has missed a turn only to come back and have his armies doubled. I can forgive one, we all miss turns from time to time, but two? Come on!! On his last turn he would have only got 10 armies, but by (deliberately) missing a second turn, that got doubled to 20!! That is an unfair advantage and unsportsmanlike behaviour. When you are battling to win and stay alive, the last thing you want is for someone to gain an unfair advantage by stretching/abusing the rules.

Please have a look at the log and the gameplay and see what you think?
It seems to me Green is using this "move" to his advantage.>

He/She may well be using the missed turns to advantage but it is not against the rules so shouldn't be accused of cheating. Add them to your ignore list and move on.

It happens in my games all the time, it's well within the rules. I only play no cards, adjacent. I always ask in game chat, "where ya been,we've been waiting to play." It doesn't do any good except to let them know that they are a pain.
