You mentioned that they joined within 9 minutes of each other but you failed to see that one is from Canada and the other was from the US.

deejones is CLEARED of being a multi.

There is a filter on NR, that they cant join certain games. So exactly find out wich those are and go play em xD. This is about maps, spoils, settings, etc.

Your computer system tells CC what country you are in by your IP address. So it is automated and cannot be easily faked.

New Recruits are attracted to 5-player Standard Games.

Switching to terminator, assassin, or 6 player games would fix this issue.
