Joined in January as a corporal. To be fair, my rank was hanging around sargeant first class between dice raeps on 1v1. lol.

I made major recently which is a first for me. Highest I ever was was captain before I left cc for 2 years. Just from reading SoC threads on how to play escalating, and some help and advice from a couple of awesome friends, I've learned a hell of a lot in the past couple of months. Fast learner :D

Of course, there is always more to learn.

Thank you thank you thank you to all the patient SOC instructors, I won my last game all on my own thanks to your excellent training(and with a little bit o' luck :P)

No, not showboating... This thread does at least 2 things.

#1 It lets you enjoy your new rank-- Which even I did.

#2 lets the new players see that it is possible to go to the next level..

Since joining CC I have played 8 games and lost them all. I have 887 points and am a Cadet. I just started my first two games w/ SoC and I am optimistic that it can only get better from here because I can't do much worse!
