I was wracking my brain (even though I posted 156) and couldn't think of anything. I didn't realize it was because it was a prime number. Nicely done!

It's floor and ceiling - or the integer directly below or above whatever fraction is inside it. So ⌊2.5⌋ is 2, ⌊10/3⌋ is 3, ⌈π⌉ is 4, etc

163 = (120 x 2 x 2 / 3) + 3
163 = 160 + 3
163 = 163

(this game got a whole lot easier now I know I can use floor and ceiling functions)
