Ok, this is just a point, but it doesn't really effect your tournament. There aren't 2 extra 11 seeds, it's just two extra seeds wherever the committee thinks they belong. It could be two extra 13 seeds or an extra 12 and an extra 14. But, you can't know what they are going to pick ahead of time, so you can do it however you want to.

Apparently, you don't know how trench works. Read the part about trench found here.
