[1vs1] EMP vs. FOED (25-16) Complete

It's a rematch of last year's finals. EMPIRE vs FOED!

The war will consist of two batches. Each batch will be half EMPIRE home and half FOED home. The 12-hour fog rule will be in effect.

Yes, as per the OP.

If you have to take the turn before 12 hours is up, just post what you took and what those terts could see in the game chat.
