Specifics/Details:
I believe a new medal should be issued to various community members based on how popular they are. To save the community trouble, I nominate myself to decide who will be awarded these medals. I'll have some site lackey do the actual issuing.


Why you might ask?

• There are not enough medals.
• Medals confer positive recognition.
• Popular people deserve recognition.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
