Giving everyone who was ever in the top 100 is a bit high, though. There definitely should be a permanent award for reaching Conquer. (though I don't like increased awards for multiple times, since that would just encourage "false" turnovers. If the award is "stepped", it should be length of time to hold the position, not numbers of times. (e.g. bronze or badge for reaching it, silver medal for keeping it a week, gold for a month ... if anyone held it for six months, diamond).
Rank Medals
Create permanent medals indicating what the highest rank a player has held is.
The medals will be identical to the rank icons already used, but will be featured next to the other medals players have achieved.
This is a simple an effective way for players to display their highest achieved rank while still reflecting their current status on the site..

I think a Rank Plateau would be a cool medal rather than a score Plateau, so a new medal for reaching a new rank, I don't see the point in having a medal for 5000, 5500 and 6000 points when you can't go higher than Field Marshal. Why can't we just give a medal for reaching 1800, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000, 4500, 5000, 5500, 6000?
Would be good to have a Platinum Medal (or whatever you wanna call it) for 1000 unique defeats, and maybe 150 for cross-map. Or just change the criteria on the current medals, needing ony 60 maps for cross-map gold is just to easy.

well these could be like badges for tournaments or maps.
In up part of badge will be image of rank, and down will write I,II,III,IV,V......
And these will be only one badge,and everytime when you achive to be promoted into new rank,badge will get new look, and these will show your greatest achivement, meaning,that Conqueror are highest, and private are lowest badge award.
