Wrongly Accused of multiple accounts.

Binkxy ='s Josh and stonerhurley ='s Matt, they are brothers and both got banned from games and posting, this is unfair and the rules do state it is alright for two people to use the same computer.

This Happened to me and my brothers as well. Me, my brother and step-brother all got banned as well. We share computers, so we share IP's. This is an unfortunate thing. I know Stonerhurley (not really his brother though) and, they are indeed brothers, not multis. please help in their unbanning.

i know them from anothre game called hyperiums and theyu are definatly bro's (but i agree they should be banned from playing with eich other for safety of PTing)

in my view, the problem here is not that he is banned, but this is a free website and they have said for him to be unbanned he has to pay for premium membership

Multiple accounts pose a big problem for multiplayer games -- duplicate accounts are usually created to get around the maximum number of simultaneous games limit, or to dominate a game with multiple accounts. It is not only annoying to other players, but the excessive use of server resources is unfair to everyone.

Comparing the billing information is the only reliable way to verify uniqueness of an account. It also greatly reduces the risk of someone creating several accounts for themselves.

If you have Free Membership:
We've blocked you from playing new games and posting to the forum. The only way to remove this limitation is to upgrade to Premium Membership. Our Premium Membership fee shouldn't be too much for something you can enjoy every day. Plus, you'll be supporting the development of new features and continuous improvements to the website.

If you have Premium Membership and this is your first violation:
We've cancelled your Premium Membership and blocked you from playing games with the members mentioned above.

If you have Premium Membership and this is your second violation:
We've cancelled your Premium Membership and blocked you from playing new games and posting to the forum. The only way to remove this limitation is to upgrade to Premium Membership once again.

just because people dont post makes them look and sound fishy, not everyone has time to come to the forums and read and reply to things.

I bet you that there a ton of others that haven't posted more then once. should we investegate them too?

All the people that posted are my friends from other games, like Hyperiums.

asking them to investegate like 6 different players because we only posted 1 time. what a waist of time.

John1099 has hit it right on the nose. Binksy just hops on the Live Chat forum, and throws up the link to this forum. He claims to have known these people, or has played with them in the past, but none of the people on Live Chat knows who he is, including myself. Binksy, why would you make such a stupid claim?

I do agree that the ban was not correct, but go about getting support in a different way. Or at least let it be known how you are getting the support. So don't sit here and ridicule John for being correct. Investigation may be going overboard, but none the less.

it may be truet hat most the people on live chat dont know me, the the players that posted, know me. and were helping me and my brother unbanned for being accused of being multies.

I talked to them and they helped me out, because I couldn't post and I didn't think that using the FAQ/contact tab would work fast enough, about 3 nights ago when I was banned I was on live chat asking someone to make me a quick post about what had happened. and materful did. then I pmed my friends to comment and add to the post for more support.

then last night john1099 is asking to investigate everyone that posted because they dont post reguarly. I dont see why it seems fishy that not everyone makes threads or comments, and when their friend is in trouble and they ask them to comment on the situation.

some people can play this game, and go through hundreds of games and never post, and when they do it shouldn't seem fishy.

then I went and posted a link to this fourm to get others to comment on what john1099 was saying about investigating everyone that posted. to see what others thought about what he was trying to say.

I am not ouin ouing and I am not trying to fight or anything. but when you asked for an investigation because people have played for a few months and never posted. just seems stupid to me.

That is quite strange because beermeister was never previously busted. So he must have created a new account after being inactivated. Of course I can't prove that because I don't know the previous name, and if it was an incorrect bust before then it doesn't really matter. I think his brother is pizza man and they are cleared.

@john: he told me he was accused of cheating and i went to have al ook at his thread./..normaly i dont read forums but i was curious and since i KNOW they are brotheres i decided to drop a message...
