Thank you! These are easy changes that can be done, so consider them done. I will wait for any other changes before I post another update.cairnswk wrote:isaiah40...nice improvements with the dotted connections! makes the highways standout so much more
somehting is wrong with the alignment of New York City NY in the key
is there any way you can get the bottom left key text/images to line up better? perhaps put the green plane at the end of its text, and left align the highway and DC text on same guide?

Quick question, do the 88s fit into the circles or is the right 8 slightly out?
That texture is exactly what I asked for. Something very light and that is perfect.

Is the airport in Washington in Seattle? Is there any way to move the Bellingham text on top of or beside its dot to make that more clear?
Wichita Falls text you can double up to get it closer to it's dot.
Why does Calgary reset to 1 at the beginning of the next turn?
Sante Fe is a little close to Shiprock, could you adjust that a little.
Some of the letters in the legend seem like they can be centered a little better.
The background is a little bland, but with how busy the map is it probably needs to be.

Finished the coordinates for the small map, just awaiting large map from isaiah.
@koontz, they fit nicely.

Yeah, I'm thinking the army circles, not the stars, just the circles need to be a hair bigger.

Nope, the circles are as big as they are going to be, as any larger and they make the map look more cluttered.RedBaron0 wrote:Yeah, I'm thinking the army circles, not the stars, just the circles need to be a hair bigger.

1) I think they fit fine. I'll post a version when I get my hands on it again.
2) I hardly have the time to do the coordinates another time, and I still have the large to do.

Re: USA 2.1 [24 Nov 2012] V.33 Pg 29
I was playing around and here is what I came up with for the army "ovals":
and here is the map without the numbers:
Sorry Gilligan, but I think the coordinates have to all be done again.
I'll get the large done this weekend.

Re: USA 2.1 [24 Nov 2012] V.33 Pg 29
Just wondering:
With the ovals, if the 88s are centred between them, and the 888s are centred between the first two, would it not look weird having the numbers for most games towards the left of the oval?

Re: USA 2.1 [24 Nov 2012] V.33 Pg 29
Yea they probably would, but the 888 have to be seen clearly, so this is the best option so far.

And the ovals do look nice. I would vote (not that I have one) to keep them.

North Dakota, Kansas, Nevada, and Kentucky touching or sitting on the line when they could be centered.isaiah40 wrote:generalhead wrote:Some of the letters in the legend seem like they can be centered a little better. Which letters? New York City?
You have to have the Michigan one in the middle where it is to make it understandable that it is both regions? It probably wouldn't work
if it was just on the lower part.
I don't think this is a big deal though it is all legible and easy to understand, this is just my ocd.
You can ignore me if this is no big deal.

Couple of things. The resets to one text fr Calgary, can you slope it a bit so the "of" is of the map. Where did you hide you sig? But apart from that, all good to me.

Re: USA 2.1 [5 Dec 2012] V.35 small Pg 30, V.3 large Pg 30
Last little thing from me then. Looking at the large map, some of the names seem to be far away from the territs. Not a big problem but might need a once over look from yourself.
Duluth, Ainsworth, Albuquerque, Kansas city, Dayton, are the ones that I noticed straight away.
Apart from that, I reckon you are more of less done. Now where is RB0 when you need a sticky and move I wonder.

I don't think Kansas City can get much closer! Remember it's not in Kansaskoontz1973 wrote:Last little thing from me then. Looking at the large map, some of the names seem to be far away from the territs. Not a big problem but might need a once over look from yourself.
