12 Hour Rule: To make it fair, if the 2nd player to join the game gets to start the game then he must either wait 12 hours or until his opponent posts an all-clear message before taking his turn. Should the 2nd player to join the game not get to start the game, then the 1st person to join need only wait 30 minutes after the 2nd person joins.
