Made a deal with Green in the chat, who then suddenly attacked and eliminated forces in SA, and left one on Alaska (Anchorage) with red. Chat also was the same, both asking if I "Was mad" about their moves. I know this is definitely secret diplomacy, and I also suspect dual accounts, considering both are newbies, both from Belgium, and have the same traits in their plays. Also green uses excuse of "attack better player". The harassment comes in from after I had the suspicion of these, and then they both (or one) just suddenly started attacking me in the feed.

Probably not multis, but definitely know each other, as they are playing in almost all their games together.
