From what countries can I attack Malaysia?

For some reason I couldn't attack from Thialand. Was that just a bug?

No it's not, it's just that they aren't connected, I know it's a pain in the ass cause it looks like it is, but they aren't. You can only attack it thorugh Burma, I think.
