Search for Player using Rating Tags/ Medal

Concise description:
Two suggestions in one:

• - tagging users gains a medal
  - search for player using tags

Specifics/Details:

• Look at your everyday partner or opponent, they may have been tagged few times in a whole long list of "their Ratings". If you wanted to play with a "Quick" player, you could search for him, or for the games he is in. If the medal is given for "tagging", many more people would tag their opponents, and threfore made "searching by tag" possible.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• Users will tag members more oftenly, making every player more unique, and forcing every player to be for example quicker or talkative, making better gameplay for all in the game

I'm set against the medal for tags (I don't like the one for ratings either), but I feel that searching players for tags would be appropriate.

I would like just a search fr player rating.

I've seen someone get a report against them for rating abuse and wondered if they ever rated me. But I'm not about to go thru 20 pages of ratings to see if I got rated by them...
