So this may have already been asked but a few friends want to play one of the maps here by printing it out and putting it on card. Are we allowed to do this or is it a breach of etiquette.

If you print out a map and only use it for private purposes and don't publish it elsewhere, no one can stop you.

It would be polite to post in the relevant map thread in the foundry, just to let the original mapmaker know and to express your appreciation that way too

I think it would be both polite and respectful to ask the mapmaker first.
